The CRA's public infrastructure page lists the completed 163rd Street Crosswalk at West Dixie Highway, sewer work in the Corona Del Mar area of 163rd Street and gateway and wayfinding projects. On 27 August 2024 the CRA board adopted Resolution CRA-R-2024-08, an amendment to its agreement with RMA whose scope includes project managing design concepts for a phased complete street improvement of NE 163rd Street.
