The street on which the 167th cluster and the western anchor sit. Its south side between NE 2nd and NE 6th Avenues, and NW 167th west of North Miami Avenue, lie in unincorporated Miami-Dade, so Beijing Mart, King Palace, Panya Thai, Shum's and Miami China City hold county receipts as unincorporated businesses while their north side neighbours hold city receipts. The city's Phase 2 zoning study covers the corridor between I-95 and NE 15th Avenue. Placed at 1996, the year of the sister city resolution, the first dated civic link the map documents on it; the road itself is older.
